Roasting

We roast Green Coffee Beans in small batches to control quality and ensure that you get freshly roasted coffee beans delivered to you!

Grinding

If you choose to order ground coffee beans, your orders are grinded the night before the delivery of your order, not only do you get freshly roasted beans, you get them freshly ground too! We never stock ground beans.

Direct Sourcing

Our Local Green Coffee Beans are sourced directly from local farmers at their price.

Coffee Exploration Tasting Kit Box

Aeli's Coffee tasting kit is a gateway to a tasty cup of 4 whole beans that are worth exploring this holiday. My personal favorite is the Batangas Liberica var Excelsa from Samahan Magkakape Sa Lipa⁣⁣⁣⁣. I enjoyed the chocolatey and nutty notes more when I brewed it outdoors in the foothills of Mt Makiling.

Second favorite is the Colombia Supremo + Ethiopia Guji blend. I am not usually a fan of trying blends as most roasters blend coffees for milk-based beverages and may detract from trying to highlight the unique characteristics of each of the beans...HOWEVER, when you encounter a roaster like Aeli I make an exception and true enough, sipping this flavorful cup made me appreciate the citrusy and hits of chocolate more:)
