Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or replacement of items for safety and hygienic purposes.

Shipping Policy

Once the rider has contacted you for the pick-up of your delivery at the shipping address you entered, you have 5 minutes to go to the lobby / gate to get the items from our rider, otherwise, your item will be delivered the next day (plus one day if delivery was attempted on a Saturday) and an additional re-delivery fee of 100 pesos will be paid by customer.

1. Do you have a physical cafe/shop?

No, we sell all of our products online and deliver it to your doorstep. We also allow pick-ups in our location (Address can be found on check out page). Pickup time is from 9am to 8pm, only orders with SMS confirmation that are ready for pickup will be served. For same day pickups, please message us on facebook.com/aelibrewscafe to check our on hand available stocks. 

2. Is there a minimum order for delivery?

None, we have a standard delivery fee of 100 pesos to anywhere in Metro Manila.

3. Do you deliver outside of Metro Manila?

Due to product sensitivity and uncontrollable conditions we do not deliver our Cold Brew products outside of Metro Manila, however, our coffee beans maybe shipped outside of Metro Manila through LBC or other couriers. 

4. When will I get my order?

Starting October 12, 2020 and until further notice, we will deliver orders only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Cut off is 3PM before next delivery day. If order is made after 3PM, delivery maybe delayed to a later delivery day.

5. I ordered the wrong grind size for my beans, can I return or exchange them?

No, all sales are final, we do not allow returns and exchanges for the safety of our customers.
